I am Having problems to calculate a very accurate GPA with my grades.

At my University (www.usb.com.ve) the evaluation system consists in grade from 1 to 5

5 (85-100)
4 (70-84)
3 (50-70)
2 (30-49)
1 (0-30)

The point is that our grades are given without any decimal numbers, so You will have a 5 no mather is you got 85 o 99. There are not in between values.

The questions are:

Do I have to consider the higher value 100 to make the equivalence? Since there´s no way to know exactly which value correspond to 5, from 85-100...

Is there any other evaluation similar to this that I could use to simulation my GPA calculation, I mean, an evaluation systome grading 1-5 Like Simón Bolivar University (Caracas, Venezuela)

We have added a 5-point scale for Venezuela to our database, so you can now use our GPA calculator and grade conversion to see the U.S. equivalents!
